Chef Bradley won another award for his sawBelly Burger.

A smoked pork belly and ground chuck, ground exclusivly for Sawbelly Brewing by The Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery, smoked cheddar cheese, apple wood bacon, Chef Bradley's Smokey BBQ sauce, chipotle aioli, mesquite crispy onions, country fries.
It also won the 2023 Burger Bowl Champion

Sawbelly Smoker Is A Go!

After getting comfortable with our new smoker, Chef Bradley is finally ready to add Pork Belly Tacos to our menu starting Friday. They are so delicious the staff has had about a dozen (each).

2023 Eat Local Burger Bowl Champs!

The Eat Local Burger Bowl hosted by Exeter Chamber of Commerce just finished and our sawBELLY Burger won! It's made with Tuckaway meat grinds & available on our daily menu! Check out the full description on our menu page. Other noteable happenings include our Prime Rib Dinner, which is available Tues-Sat after 5pm. Over on the brewery side of things we're canning and labeling in-house, and putting out fresh new 4-packs regularly! 4-packs are available daily at the restaurant & tasting room, & you can mix & match to make the perfect Sawbelly Sampler. Chef Brad & Sawbelly Brewing

Chef Brad has made quite an impact since joining us last year & just recently brought home the Eat Local Burger Bowl Championship Trophy with his sawBELLY Burger. Chef Brad was also featured in last night's 2023 Steel Chef Challenge along with several other prominent Chefs in the seacoast area. We'll have some photos & clips of last night posted later today, but for now we just want to say thanks to Chef Bradley, & we're so proud to have you leading the Sawbelly kitchen

Our first Imperial Stout is being released!

Rock Hopper Imperial Stout This is our strongest stout to date coming in at 8%. It's full-bodied with great flavors of roasted coffee, chocolate & dark malts. We'll have freshly canned 4-packs releasing next week!


We're now canning in-house!

We picked up our own canning machine and we're now pumping out fresh 4-packs weekly! We even offer Mix-&-Match 4-packs available.
